We at Healthy Urban Cooking dedicate ourselves to healthy food choices. We are part of the ever-growing voice of nutrition conscious cooking enthusiasts who believe we all (that includes you) can make smart, healthy food choices. Yes, our lives are more hectic. Yes, our schedules are filled. Yes, our budgets are stretched to the limit. However, we owe it to the next generation to pass on the experience of healthy cooking habits.

Advertisers bombard us with food choices. Some good choices. Some…well…not so good. Convenience, Time and Food Budgets have led us to a culture of preprocessed, eat in a hurry meals.
