Why are we using Snap Peas?
Using Snap Peas is a culinary delight in our kitchen. They enhance the look of any dish and go well with many exotic sauces. Many macaroni and cheese recipes call for peas or carrots, but very few ever think of using snap peas. When we saw the final outcome of this recipe, we knew we had a winner.

Annie’s Macaroni and Cheese
Annie’s Macaroni and Cheese is a specialty brand that advertises organic ingredients. We appreciate their efforts to produce a healthy product in a market that is saturated with many “bad” choices. The slightly elevated cost is well worth the money and the taste is darn good. Tip: Substitute the powdered cheese with real cheese. For this dish, we used shredded white cheddar cheese.
